EGOI 2023 took place on July 7-21, 2023 in Lund, Sweden. The contest consisted of two five-hour sessions. In each session, the participants were given problems packed into small stories. For each task, the participants had to understand the problem and then design and implement an algorithmic solution.
The European Girls’ Olympiad in Informatics was launched in 2021 in Switzerland with the aim of encouraging young women in their interest in informatics. EGOI 2022 took place in Turkey.
